How this Strategy is Managed
This strategy comprehensively blends multiple Little House proprietary equity products (Core+, Absolute Opportunity+ , Dividend Income+), along with Alternative instruments, International markets, and Fixed Income securities. When building multi-asset class strategies, every decision is derived from detailed analysis of each asset class’s fundamental prospects and valuation in relation to the overall risk profile of global capital markets. The investment team performs detailed, bottom-up and top-down fundamental research identifying driving macroeconomic and secular themes oftentimes not yet reflected into the consensus view. The well-structured Fixed Income allocation is blended across various maturities and sectors to generate a consistent income stream for optimal capital preservation. Our dynamic modeling portfolio management systems allow for investment models to automatically update across all client accounts to capture daily pricing actions.
